How to find your Model Number

The model number can be found on the outside of the carton next to the bar code number, or on the packing list. For instance, the Super-Vee model number can be found in the lower right corner of the box label and might be •SV-A-WC•.

How to find your Serial Number

The serial number can be found on the outside of the carton, or on the machine.

How to find your Code Number

The code number has two letters followed by a number (example: HC 7). It can found on a small gray rectangular decal located near the serial number plate on the machine.
